Sorry Dude it is too late. Apple released 3.2.2 and they stopped it for 3.2.1. So if you didn't save your blobs it is too late. Don't restore as itunes will force you to update to 3.2.2 and you will not be able to downgrade. Hang on until the Dev team will release an update.

It is a good question. I didn't install it again after my problem. I decided that sbsettings is not really important for me so I will not put it back. Maybe somebody has another solution.
