How do I make an album for my photos?

i have spent about 100 bucks in cases and stuff but i dont like holding my ipad with a case on it it might sound strange but i like the feel of it and the quality of the ipad.

3 of my uncles got them and I saw about 2 other people with them.

my brother got an ipad and i did not see anything good about it if you have a computer but there was apart of me that wanted it. My brother hated it and I bought it from him for 200 bucks! and once when i got it i fell in love with it. I here you guys talking about os4 so what is it. thanks...

When I hook my iPad up to my computer on the top right on the iPad is says not charging then if I hook it up to a wall it charges? Thanks
