Hello everyone....I just wanna asking about imessage. Do we have to pay an extra cost cause we use imessage on cellular connection, or iMessage free to use on wifi only?

I prefer like iPad 3, cause it have more advantage than the mini, like 3G, 4G connection. And it's fun to watch the movie in the larger screen like iPad.
