Fwiw I had transmission working great on the new iPad on 5.1.1 so it does work if that helps. Also, I used the browser within transmission to browse to the torrent site and grab the torrents. That worked great and I never left the app during the process.

I installed flux on my new iPad and it had bad conflicts with something else I am using. It made my iPad almost unusable due to screen distortion. I would really recommend holding off on it until it is released specifically for the iPad.

You must have removed it through removal of some required package. I know it is possible to "unjailbreak" yourself this way. Whether or not that happened is beside the point and I would just re-jailbreak it.

I think he may have authored the orignal 5 row keyboard used in like iOS 4 which is still a separate tweak. No idea why he would release an updated tweak with a slight variation in the name if he did indeed make the original.
