Your favorite stylus - here's mine

Thanks pluto6 for clarifying those issues about the Stylus-R-Us product line. I found the close up photo of the SRU stylus and it clearly does not look like felt - it's some kind of man-made fibrous material which Jack could of described in some mannor to satisfy my curiosity. I still don't like...

Your favorite stylus - here's mine

About your problem using the Boxwave stylus in Brushes and it zooming out… I don't have that app but I have noticed with other paint/drawing apps that if some part of my hand lightly brushes the screen while I'm drawing this will sometimes trigger an unwanted command. So maybe do some tests...

Your favorite stylus - here's mine

Sorry about the delay in getting the photo up - I was trying to make it work off a link on Flickr but it wouldn't go. This photo is linked off of my Zenfolio photo sharing site. Here's a link to my first iPad/ArtRage images at my Zenfolio site I've have seen other reviews which also said that...

Your favorite stylus - here's mine

Before I bought my iPad I had looked at many reviews and online commentaries about iPad users favorite accessories. Having a good workable stylus was important to me as one of the main functions of my iPad would be using it with art apps. What Styluses have you bought and liked or didn't...

    Notes syncing dilemma

I believe that you are correct in saying that info/files are copied from the computer to the iPad. I have everything in iTunes set to manual syncing already, thanks for the tip. I have copied all my Notes files into WritePro so they are backed up on the iPad. I'll try your suggestion and report...

    Notes syncing dilemma

I have saved many pages of written material in the Notes app that came with my iPad. I see that Notes is also in the Mail app on my MacBook Pro and I get how these two apps will be synced through iTunes. Here's the dilemma - Notes on my MacBook is empty, but there's a bunch of info in Notes...

    Email sending problems

I had the same problems sending email as was noted in the original post, but I followed Antsplan instructions to reenter user ID and password and now outgoing mail is working OK. I did restart the iPad and when I open mail a couple of outgoing messages were immediately sent. Thanks for the help
