My mb contract ran out yesterday but the at&t symbol and bars are still in the upper left hand corner along with my wifi..is it still running, do I have to do anything else..like turn it off somewhere or what...or is it free till they shut it off for me...they say I haven current contract on...

Yes I do turn off the 3G when I come home. I do this most often but sometimes leave it on because I thought that the iPad would defer to WiFi if it's there and not be use up my 3G..not certain though on that one. So, the answer to the question is YES. TY for your interest. Joe
