I have a Google wifi mesh (non nest) that works very well on my PC @2.4Ghz & 2 iPhone8's on 5Ghz but can only get 2.4 on my iPad3 I tried to forget this network & rebooting ipad & modem & wifi mesh with no luck. I do not even see 5Ghz any where on my iPad, according to what I have read it...

J.A. I tried again calling appel, did not get it fixed, but he did explain that to sync any apple devices, it goes through an email account. My account is Outlook.com. He could ot get it to another device, said to get a different email address. Hmmmm changing over to gmail etc. email does not...

Yes I did J.A. I just remembered that I did not try reminders or notes out. I likley will get the same results, but still worth seeing what will happen. Going to bed now, but will enter something in Mini2 & Ipad2 and check in the morning

Everything is setting is set up correctly, as far as I know. I check setting for setting on Mini2 and compared them to the iPad3 I might have to make an appointment at the the Genius Bar over at the apple store, it's only a few miles away. Don't know what else to try. I'll back both of them up...

I checked calender associated with the outlook.com default email and the stuff I added with the iPad is there but not stuff I added with the Mini.

OK, so Outlook.com could affect the Mini2 not syncing to the iPad3 calender. "To make sure everything is there, login to outlook.com through a browser. You can also do it on your or her iPad in Safari" What am I looking for here.

I have to ask, how does this help me get the events that I put into the calender on the Mini sync to the calender on the Ipad3? I am asking so I understand what I am doing and why, not questioning your expertise...

Make that "Outlook.com" Remove from the Mini right. You are talking about the Outlook.com account

No, I did not need to, I down loaded Outlook like that on my iPad, thus it was there when I down loaded everything from my iPad using icloud. Also I cant get Mini2 to sync to my iPad either. Outlook.com email is working fine on Mini

I set up my Ipad3 this way when I first got it, and then used icloud to sync everything over to new Mini. everything else I have tried is working, It's just when I create a new event in the calender. It will not sync with my iPad or outlook calender. My iPad 3 syncs fine with outlook calender...

Well SC, still can't get the calender to sync with each other. updated the iPad to 8.1.2. same Mimi-2 read and reread everything, call apple support, was on the phone for about an hour going over all the settings, maybe something went wrong during the syncing, when I sycned Mini to my iPad...
