How do I try again? Do I have to wipe my new iPad clean again?

What can I do to get these games back?

All of my games were clicked to the green, but only a couple transferred with the right level. Most of them went to a brand new game.

It worked, but all of my games are on the first level. Can I fix this?

I cannot get to settings without setting up the new iPad. I cannot restore it from iCloud backup because it is not showing up. Do I set up as a new iPad and then go to settings?

Sorry, but I'm very confused. I have not set up my new iPad. I backed up old iPad, but it does not appear on new iPad when I check to see what is available for a backup. Only my phone comes up. I do not know why or how to get my old iPad on my new iPad as a backup option. Thank you for your help.

Are you saying to set it up as a new iPad first and then try to move it over? I backed up my old iPad. My new iPad does not show up on my old iPad under manage storage.

My iPad 2 will not rotate. I cannot take off the lock in settings. It will not turn off. I was able to rotate after I went into a site, but now I cannot rotate it at all. Please help. Thanks.
