Every video I've watched of this keyboard shows that it is truly a backlit keyboard. The light DOES shine through the letters. That was also the case with the one I played with in-store. Unless they made a change perhaps the previous poster misunderstood...

Yeah I've been using both for a couple of years now and still can't decide which one I prefer. Some stuff works better in one and other stuff works better in the other. Glad you found it helpful.

I've reset and it still doesn't work. I can't paste from any app into Penultimate. All other apps work fine

Nope can't get it to work in penultimate unless I copy from within the app. Works in everything else though so it appears to be a problem with penultimate rather than the mini. *edit: works great in Notes Plus also

Nope I do it all the time. It does seem to take a second touch occasionally but otherwise works great.

It only shows up when you're entering web addresses or in a form that is coded so that the iPad recognizes you're probably entering an email address. It isn't there during normal typing.

That's correct. You cannot charge in portrait mode unfortunately. The stand is just a simple molded plastic made to fold up so that it's easily portable.

Kathy, When you sync your iPad in iTunes, there should be a tab for contacts or Address book and Outlook is one of the options. I don't remember exactly what the tab is unfortunately since I'm at work and I sync from home. I'll try to remember to check when I get home tonight though.

Actually I thought that it was working with some card readers, just not all of them? *edit* I found more reports. Apparently the issue is many readers drawing too much power but there are some that work. Lexar Pro CF/SD reader is apparently one of them if you can find it.
