I called Apple. She tried to help but needed to call me back several days later. No call back. I discovered when I had the ipad closer to the router, I had no problem. Ipad recognized my home network and connected, as usual. I called my Internet provider and haven't had the problem since then.

I want to download (it gives me that option) an audio file from a podcast. It is 39 minutes long but I just want about 10 minutes of it starting at the 29 minute mark. What app do I need to download and can I get just the segment I want? Thanks.

When I went to Settings this morning, my network name was listed under Choose A Network. I clicked on it and was connected to my Wi-Fi. I don't have much time to be online until this evening. If the problem reoccurs, I'll be in contact with the Genius Bar and will post what they say.

Now I'm unable to reconnect this iPad to Wi-Fi. Maybe it'll connect later but after multiple attempts it hasn't reconnected so far. scifan57: I'll look for the nearest Apple store and take it there. Thanks for the infomation about genius bar.

Problem returned. Reset Network Settings isn't helping this time.

I Reset Network Setting and it seems to have fixed my problem. I turned off my iPad and after turning it back on I was still connected. I think it will be ok now. Thanks to each one for your help.
