I am trying to recover from a failed ipad OS update. I have attached my ipad air to my PC and when I try to sign into itunes to start the update I get prompted to enter the verification code sent to my other devices? I haven't got any other devices configured in itunes.???? Any help greatly...

I have an ipad air with ios 8.3 I get sound when watching you tube vids but when I play games I get no sound at all. I've checked the sound settings for apps on the ipad itself and in the games. All are configured to allow sound. Any help most appreciated thanks[emoji4]
