My twenty month old grandson is already an iPad nut!

He can turn it off and on, find the folder with his apps, and remember which is which. He loves apps such as those with animals which make their sounds when touched---and vehicles that do the same. However, his attention span isn't long enough for books (like Curious George) or drawing/coloring apps.

Can anyone rccomend a good app for him?

Thanks.

C'mon Guys!

Someone is bound to have a little guy who finds the iPad to be fascinating!

My kids have found an app called Kids Fireworks which creates fireworks as you tap the screen. My 7 year old isn't very technically minded, but she likes that one.

Hmmm...
Fish HD
Misty Island (Thomas the Tank Engine)
SoundTouch
Itsy Bitsy HD
Old MacDonald
Wheels on the Bus
Faces iMake
PuzzlesHD
CatInTheHat
iFishPond
DizzyPad
Trainz

Baby Piano HD
Uzu
Wheels on the bus

Are ones my 1.5yr old son will play\interact with.

My son also made it to level 4 on Zuma's Revenge on my wife's Droid phone the other day....not sure how he managed that :D He just keeps tapping the screen as he likes the music.

And a couple videos on YouTube:

Thanks guys!

That's just what I was looking for.

I had a look at Pocket Pond. Amazing---the graphics and interaction.

Best,

My 3 yr old girl likes that one. But I constantly have to keep switching it back to the pond from other views.

I have a 6 month old daughter n she is lovin the ipad also. She absolutely loves the Big Buck Bunny Movie HD, Baby Aqua( a cool aquarium with colorful fish that when u tap on them, tells u the color they are), FlashCards2, Sesame Street Grover animated book, Preschool( like 12 apps in one, has animal sounds, learning abc's numbers, games n more), Kids song HD(nursery rhymes with animation, they touch the different parts of the screen n cool stuff happens), Grimm Fairytale book, and Iorgel(a retro musical player like the old jewelery boxes had, tons of nice songs to soothe them). Hope that helps!

Amazing how kids are learning to use the iPad at such an early age! My daughter just turned 5 and shows Grandma how to do everything on the iPad and she can't even read!
