You can use Skype for VoIP 'phone access, but there is no app for a non-jail broken iPad that uses the native iPad as a 'phone.

You need to do this from a PC or Mac. Go to ipadforums.net and then click on 'User CP' (User Control Panel), then click on 'Edit Avatar'

There's been an outbreak of AvaStar Wars between moderators. I have never changed my avatar or ever uploaded one - but this one looks more like the real me than the previous one....

Not sure which moderator did this - though I have my suspicions!!

There's an app called Whistle that works great.

I wasn't sure what country the OP was from but, as far as I know, Whistle is only available in the US (and Canada?)
