Ipad acting strange

I have this app called camera that came automatically with my iPad, it goes black sometimes, I know that rebutting it helps but I'm wondering why it does it, and sometimes when I click my safari I click it and it does nothing. Sometimes YouTube videos won't load ( which happens quite often ) can ya help me out?
