How do I import videos?

Ok, I have some videos I would like to import. My Ipad uses mpeg4, am I right? I can format vids to whatever format I need, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get them on my Ipad. Pictures, easy. Vids? Not so much. Help!!!

Mpeg4 is what you want. Put your videos on ITunes then sync them to your IPad.
