Can I put 2 audible books that are on my ITunes and my Ipod onto my Ipad?

Short answer is yes.

If you bought the books through iTunes then you can sync them to up to 5 devices.if you bought them through Audible you can sync them to 3 devices. Audible also has a pretty nifty app that let's you view, download and listen to all the books you've purchased.

Better still is using the free audible app on the iPad, and mange all your audible books direct on the iPad. The app is an iPhone app but works well on the iPad. Better again is a jailbroken iPad and a free app called full force (makes some iPhone apps look perfect) on the iPad including the audible app.
