The DCIM folder of my wife's iPad mini no longer contains a 100 or 100Apple folder (or similar name that I was used to seeing previously) when I view it on my Windows PC. Something happened on 22/08/2015 when she was importing images taken that day and creating a new folder to accommodate them...
