Word for iPad 2

Hi all, I am stuck with finding something similar to Microsoft word or even Microsoft word for my iPad (anything that is safe and exactly like word). Please if I can get some help this would be great.
Just being able to do my work on the go is what I need and not having to go back and forth from my iPad and pc to edit my work.
Thanks in advance, any help will be much appreciated!

Pages is great and very close to Word.

I purchased QuickOffice HD a month or so ago and its been excellent. DocsToGo is another solid offering. The Apple products are also good but dont play as nicely with MS docs as the others which are more "generic" lets say. Any of them will work for you. Check them out and compare features to determine which one is best for ya.
