twerppoet iPad Fan May 17, 2019 #3 Make sure there is no lint or other stuff in the iPad’s lightning port. You can clean it with a plastic toothpick. Be gentle. Just sweep the port for debris. Don’t don’t hook, dig, or otherwise force the issue.
