I'm afraid not. WhatsApp is an iPhone only app as it requires the connectivity of the phone part of the iPhone, something the iPad does not have.

You can find some iPad apps in App Store, like WhatsPad Messenger, or Messenger for WhatsApp, which can be installed on the iPad and use the account on your telephone. They don't have good ratings, tbh. I've used one of them for a week or two, and then deinstalled it because it had flaws.
