What is App sheet?

Had SB settings open killing some processes and freeing up some memory and saw something called App sheet? What is this and how did it get onto my ipad? I am jail broken, but I dont know what it is part of....I think it was called app sheet. Im very concerned about "spyware" and information catching programs being installed on my ipad from me downing tweets and themes.

I havent download any SSH, file sharing programs, or file modifying apps.

I believe you mean AdSheet and that's just something for Apple and their ads (and, I think, something that's used by other apps to run the ads). Nothing to worry about - it's normal.

I wouldn't muck about with it ... just close it out when you remove background or kill processess.
