I think the Admiral and myself should arrange a Canadian invasion of London to explore the cultural differences of coffee drinking in the two countries.

Should I bring my Tim Horton's plastic cup and ask for a double/double refill, or might that go ever so slightly over the heads of the good people at Fortnums?
