Vine, the service that allows users to record and edit seven-second long video clips, has now received an important update for iPhone and iPad users. The app owned by Twitter has been updated to version 2.2, bringing a handful of noticeable changes including a redesigned navigation menu and new sharing options.

The redesigned navigation UI is one of biggest changes to Vine since it was first become available. The drop-down menu in the top left-hand corner of the app has been replaced by a standard, bottom navigation bar. The latest version also comes with improved notification controls.

Thus, you can now customize notifications via the Notifications menu in Settings, being able to select which types of things you are alerted of— Likes, Comments, Revines. Here's the entire changelog:

  • Get around the Vine app faster with a new navigation tab bar
  • More video viewing room: the top bar now scrolls away for more space.
  • Choose to share a Vine publicly or as a message right from the share screen.
Twitter has also added support for new languages: Arabic, Hebrew, and Farsi and with the new sharing option, it's now possible to create a video and then decide where to send it. If you haven't downloaded Vine yet, go ahead and follow the link from below
