Video Playlists App that supports AirPlay

I am new to this Forum but have owned my iPad 1 for several years. I love it but there are some software glitches that drive me a little nutty. I was a programmer for 8 years so I know this stuff could easily be fixed if Apple would just create a programming team dedicated to tracking and fixing user issues and complaints. Maybe one day they will focus on their existing customer base because there is no better marketing than getting a recommendation from someone you trust before purchasing technology.

Anywho...

Has anyone found an app that allows you to create a music video playlist to play using Airplay on your iPad 1 like the iPhone 4 (which does not require a 3rd party app)??
