Video doesn't play on iPad (HTML5 Fallback)

My members aren't able to view my videos on their iPads. Something about 'Format not supported' or something (sorry, I don't know the exact error). Can't post a link because this is my first post.

I don't have an iPad, but when I run an iPad simulator on my computer (with flash turned off), it goes to the fallback correctly. By the way, I use JW Player, streaming from Amazon Cloudfront with the RTMP Player plugin for Wordpress.

I've set up an HTML5 Fallback Option and it seems to be working, but not on the iPad. Below is my mediainfo. Does anything jump out at you as to why this wouldn't work? Thanks very much, Phil
