Using Ipad to remove virus off PC?

My PC at my office is infected with the Vista Defender 2012 virus. I cannot go directly online to download fix. So, I am wondering if there is an Ap that will enable me to use my Ipad as a dignostic tool and virus remover when linked to my PC. Kind of like using it as a flash drive to load the anti virus software with more automation. Seems like this would be a great ap. Plug Ipad into infected PC and presto Ipad fixes it. Any ideas? thanks

This the iPad is too closed off to help much with this type of issue.

Just do the old "boot into safe mode and restore" method. Seems like that'd be a hard app to do since it would have to detach the iPad as an external drive and then run the program still. But I've seen harder
