Ups taking forever

By does ups take for ever to deliver my iPad 3 it was suppose to be here today and nothing so we called ups and said that their was a delay in louisville ks now their saying it should be here by April 12..... My question is why does a delay take a whole week???

Who knows. Probably used low-priced shipping, which means they insert delays to that others who pay more get priority shipping.
