Hi everyone! I want to update my iPad 2 but when I click on reglages - generales - the link for updated is not there. Need help Thank you!

If your iPad is not currently on iOS 5, then you cannot use the Over-the-Air (OTA) process to upgrade. You'll have to use iTunes to upgrade to iOS 5.1 and then, from here after, you can use the OTA function. Sorry, but you've got to load the software to do the process before you can actually use it. In this case, it's still iTunes this one last time.

So, plus the iPad into iTunes, let it recognize it and ask you if you want to upgrade (say yes) and then let iTunes do the work. Good luck and let us know how you get on.

And to add to that great advice, make sure that iTunes is fully updated before you plug your iPad into your computer.

Not yet! The link for update in French (Mises à jour) is not in General
