I do a once-a-week 2-hour workshop for seniors (most are 73+) and I, in my late sixties, am considered alert! But, these gals and guys are pretty fiesty, and they come up with many of the solutions to iPad questions from other members (about 18 in total).

Thanks everyone.

I am interested in hearing from anyone else who is 'teaching' iPad. Actually, I don't 'teach' as much as instruct/provide an environment for the participants to learn how to, and then doing it. iPads are very good for that, in that the basic interface is identical for everyone, so newer learners first start by understanding settings, and how to 'purchase' apps from the Apple Store. Then we have follow up sessions on how to actually use the app, beginning with configuration, and working toward actual use of the app, as intended.
