Text plus help

Hi
Does anyone use text plus? Do you have trouble when people send you pictures? I cannot receive any pictures from anyone when they send them to me. Can you please tell me why this is? Thank you for any help on this

In order to receive pictures in text plus the sender has to send it thru text plus or else it won't work
