Techniques for converting files

I read somewhere that one can convert existing file like cHtm, and HTML so they can be viewed in docs2go, goodreader or iBook. I did try this but the charts where it supposed to be are jumbled. I can't even read them anymore. Anyone had success doing this? Thanks!
