SwipeNav is a free tweak in Cydia that will allow you to swipe your navigations throughout iOS. Where there is a need to go backward or forward(not Safari) this will come in handy. The "back" button for mostly all apps that use it is at the top of the screen. With people holding there devices at the bottom, it is sometime difficult to stretch your thumb all the way to the top. Swiping anywhere on the screen is much easier and less work to some. Check out SwipeNav in Cydia for free!
 
I don't think this works with iPad. I installed it and it didn't do anything. I tried the stuff from the vids n more but did nuthin so I uninstalled it ;-)
