(Supposedly) French keyboard

Does anybody know how to add an real French keyboard (w/ accents, etc.)? The so-called "French" keyboard available on iPad is essentially the same as English - doesn't have the usual French accents and letters such as: à,á,â,è,é,ê,ë,ô,ç.
