Stupid or Embarrassing Things Involving Your iPad

I just tweeted this but to further humiliate myself I'm going to talk about it here. Last night I found out you can turn the iPad off. Nobody told me and I thought that was basically what happened when you put it to sleep.

I guess I pushed on the button longer then usual. I've had my iPad for about 2 months now. Could I be the only one?

Or talk about anything else that you've done, discovered, etc.

I got you beat. About 3 weeks ago I was really tired and watching Netflix on the iPad while laying in bed. I had the headphones in, but decided since I wanted to lay on my side, that I would take them out.

I couldn't for the life of me figure out why when I pulled the earbuds out of my ears it wouldn't switch over to the external speaker. I even put the earbuds back in my ears and pulled them out again. Then it dawned on me to unplug them.

Whew. Feels good to get that off my chest.

@Snarky30 - that is hilarious. I haven't done anything that funny on the iPad, but I keep doing the same thing everyone else does: try to launch Apps on my net book by touching the screen. Fingerprints are the embarassing evidence.

I had done this with my iPod Touch a few months back..I was ticked about the battery life up to that point.

Touch on an icon until they all start to wiggle, then drag it on top of another icon and a folder will be created.
