I'm planning on buying an IPad for my sister, who lives in Sri-Lanka. Someone just told me that you can't download Apps in Sri-Lanka. I also read that FaceTime isn't available everywhere? Anybody able to advise me on the limitations of iPad in Sri-Lanka?
