Heads up, Sam Fisher fans, Splinter Cell Conviction HD has just made its way onto the iPad App Store. Finally, Sam can be found silently killing bad guys on the iPad! In the game, Special Forces operative Sam is on the trail of a corrupt secret agency that's somehow involved in the kidnapping of his daughter. His mission takes him all the way to Iraq, and then all the way back again to Washington. As usual in Splinter Cell games, you'll have plenty of weapons at your disposal, such as AK47s and bazookas, should you choose to use them, but for many missions you'll also have the option to sneak past without enaging your opponents, in fact if you're new to the world of Splinter Cell, you'll find that stealth is of the essence most of the time, which is all part of the fun.
Splinter Cell Conviction HD features 11 levels set in 8 different locations, including an iPad/iPhone exclusive level on the banks of the Potomac River. Needless to say, the game's graphics have been enhanced greatly for the iPad version.
