Scrabble in South Africa

Why can't I play Scrabble on my ipad in South Africa?

Don't know but there are certain areas in the world that restrict apps due to government policies.

If that's not the case and the app is acting up I suggest deleting the app and redownload it again and see if that clears it up.

Thanks but it says the app is not available but I can play to my hearts content on my Macs.
