Since downloading ios5 I am having problems browsing the web with sites freezing, some sites not showing properly and being unable to complete forms. Has anyone else had problems and could it be that iOS has corrupted when downloading? Thanks Mike

Welcome to the forum! There are a lot of great people here willing to lend a hand anytime. Often using the search feature (in the toolbar at the top of every page) will lead you to the answers you're looking for. If not, feel free to post a question in the appropriate area.

Please take a moment to view the information linked below my signature to get the most out of your iPad as well as our forum.

Sorry to hear about your dilemma. I'm assuming you've stopped the application by pressing the home button twice to bring up open apps, holding the app icon until it jiggles and touching the circled "X" in the upper left-hand corner of the icon to shut it down...then restarted it?

If that doesn't do it, simply restarting the iPad can fix most issues.

Restart the iPad: Press and hold down the Home button on the front of the iPad for few seconds until the red slider appears, slide this across to shut the iPad down. Restart the iPad by pressing the power button on the top until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't do it, resetting the iPad may do the trick.

Reset the iPad: You can do this by pressing the Home button and the Sleep/wake button on the top the iPad's case and holding them down together for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo. The iPad should then reset itself. The boot up process takes a few minutes and then the iPad should be responsive again.

More here:

iPhone, iPad, iPod touch: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

Let us know if that helps. Others may have some more suggestions as well.

BTW, I moved your question to the iPF Help area where you'll probably get a better response.

Welcome again and enjoy!
