Put in a reminder from email?

So I just got an email from someone that suggested I call them tomorrow, and gave their contact info in the email. I'd like to ask Siri to create a reminder for me to call this person and use the contact info. Is something like this possible? Even if not using Siri can I double tap the email or something and put it in as a reminder?

Thanks. Scott

Their contacts info is probably underlined in blue in the email. If it is you can tap/hold it and get an option to create a new contact with it. Once you've created the new contact you can ask Siri to "Remind me to call So and So tomorrow at time pm/am." The item that shows up in the Reminders app should be blue and underlined. You can tap on it to make the call.
