Problem transfering photos from PC to ipad2

I cannot transfer my photos from my PC to my ipad 2. I follow then instructions OK until I reach the bit ....click on PC itunes under your device then click on pictures. I cannot see pictures mentioned. Help please.

Ok, lets try it this way.

With your iPad connected to the PC and iTunes open (on the PC), you should see the iPad listed under the Devices list in the left column. Click on it to select the iPad. Once you do so there will be several links along the top of the main iTunes window. One of them will say Photos. Select it to see your syncing options.

You will not see the Photos or other tabs unless the Device is present and selected in the left column.
