Possible to pair 2 wireless headphones to 1 ipad?

Would anyone know if it were possible to use 2 similar bluetooth headphones with 1 ipad, to be able to have 2 people watch a movie and hear sound on individual headsets? Any recommendations on the ideal headset for ipad? Thanks.:)
