Offline Google Doc solution for iPad 2??

I joined this forum to ask for some expert advice.

Does anyone know if there is an offline version of Google Docs available on the iPad 2? if yes, is it any good and where can I get it from??

That's a good question I've got iPad 1 an iPad 2 I would check apple apps store and search

I believe Documents to Go has the ability to sync with Google Docs, or so their app description says.

It is one of the more popular Office compatible apps.
