No luck w/ GreenPois0n - Help!

Hi guys. Just got a new Ipad 64Gig (Wifi) only yesterday. Running OS 4.2.1
I downloaded and ran GreenPois0n rc5. It appears that the DFU works and the green progress bar fills up, but the message "jailbreak failed" comes up. I am running Windows XP on my computer and downloaded the appropriate Windows file from the GreenPois0n file. I'm dying to get this thing jailbroken! Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

Reboot your iPad, make sure you close iTunes and just follow the instructions exactly

Worked perfectly on mine. 3G/64G via Win7 ultimate with McAfee running. Did you reboot both devices before running GreenPois0n?
