New iPad, New User

I've been lurking as a guest on the forums for the past week or so, since getting my new iPad and figured it was time to register and say hello.

Not sure what all you are looking for in an intro thread, so I'll just go with this....

I'm an IT guy by day and gadget nut by night. I use Android, Apple, Microsoft, Sony, and several other gadgets/game systems/computers/televisions/AV equipment on a regular basis and am always looking to get more out of them than they may have been designed to do. I typically don't jailbreak my iDevices, though I have done it in the past with the iPhone and a couple of iPod Touch devices.

Other than that, there's not much to tell. I hope I'll be able to learn more here and possibly contribute as much as I can.

The IPad Forum is a community of members from all walks of life and from all over the world coming together to share our experiences and to help each other learn about this wonderful piece of technology the Ipad. There is a wealth of information already here in the many threads we have so doing some searches will answer most of the questions you have. If then you cannot find the answer you are seeking then by all means post your question. There are many friendly and informed members here only too willing to help you.
