Leelai,

Thank you for the response......I will do some more checking on threads here but here is the problem.

My wife and I both have new iPad 2's ....(our Christmas).........

So we both have FaceTime.......when I call her by using email adress or mobile phone, her units rings to let her know.......when she calls me, my iPad does not ring. I have checked my ring tones, volume, set up, etc. but cannot seem to resolve the issue.

Any ideas would be helpful.......

Thanks!

Jack

Have a look in Settings - Notifications and set you alerts for FaceTime here and also go to Settings - FaceTime and make sure it's on here and you have your email address input. Also an idea to go to Settings - General - sounds and make sure your volume is set here.

Hi all,
I'm also new, found my way here looking for support on an issue with an iPad keyboard accessory. To be totally honest, I'm writing this message to reach the required amount of 6 posts before I'm able to reply to a support PM sent by the accessory manufacturer :)

But besides that, this site seems like a good place to find help and tips on everything iPad - even after I've got this one keyboard problem sorted!
