How do I get rid of the Netflix tab that comes up when I access the net

Netflix is set as your safari homepage? You have to go into settings/safari to fix it

There is no Homepage in Safari on the iPad.

To close a tap tap on the x in the tab. You can close all tabs, leaving you with a blank screen. Safari will open on whatever tab you closed it in, including the blank screen.

Wow you are right... Im sorry for leading thee astray.. :/ i dont use safari anyway, i use Opera. Wayyy better. Not quite optimized yet tho.

No problem. It happens. I've played with Opera, but it does not appeal to me; except for those few times when it works with a webpage that Safari doesn't.
