Need help with Numbers update

WHen I try to do "Update All" I get an error message saying this app is incompatible with this iPad. I have an iPad 1 with OS 4 I think. Any ideas why it's doing this? Numbers works fine.

It says just that - The update is only for iOS5 period.
It is not the only update that us targeting iOS5 only.
So as long as your device is version 4 - The update will fail.

The only big change in the latest update is iCloud support. You're not missing anything important that you can use used until you update to iOS 5 and iCloud.

Thanks, I finally got around to updating to os5. This problem started a few weeks ago and I didn't know there was an update.
