Need help no cydia icon

Hello I'm new to ipad forums I just jailbroke my ipad with the lates redsn0w & firmware 4.3.3 When I look around the springboard I cant find the cydia icon **** When I do a search it comes up ??:ipad-keyboard:

Edit your post. Discussion about illegal stuff is forbidden here.

(switching from mini-mod mode to normal mode)

Search for it and open it up. Let it fix the filesystem or whatever it does. Then it will reboot. See if it comes up then.

And redsn0w doesnt come with (forbidden word).
