Movie Artwork for Movies Xfered to iPad

I have converted and synced several movies to my iPad but when I tap movies, I get several squares each is a different movie but with no title. I have to tap each box to see what the movie is. I found a web site for putting artwork on books but I haven't found one for DVD's. I'm on a PC, and ideas?
