Minecraft-problem

I made a new installation of the Minecraft app to my daugther on her Ipad. When we opened up the app all her worlds were deleted. What can we do?

Do you have a backup of her iPad made before the MineCraft app was deleted? If so, and if you restore the iPad and set it up from that backup, the data in the app should be there when the app is finished downloading.
